Who we are

Nicole M. Bailey, CNP – Principal Consultant

I am a nonprofit strategist and fundraiser dedicated to building a more equitable and resilient social impact sector. My career has centered on mobilizing critical resources for mission-driven organizations, with a particular emphasis on BIPOC-led movements and historically underserved communities. I specialize in strategic capacity building, philanthropic partnership development, major donor engagement, and grants strategy, with a deep understanding of the role storytelling and data play in shaping effective advocacy.

Through my work with organizations such as RepresentWomen, All In Together, and The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, I have developed scalable fundraising models that empower organizations to drive systemic change. My commitment to advancing equity in philanthropy is rooted not only in technical expertise but also in a broader belief that sustainable social change requires both financial investment and the authentic centering of community voices.

As I continue to expand my leadership and scholarship in nonprofit innovation, I am particularly focused on designing frameworks that address racial and economic disparities in funding. I seek opportunities that allow me to blend practice with research, contribute to the growing dialogue on equitable philanthropy, and help shape a future where resource allocation matches the scale of communities' visions for justice and transformation.
